Asian weddings are renowned for being extravagant, taking place over days with an abundance of entertainment, dance and food. Orchid Events has developed a reputation for throwing lavish Asian weddings, planning them down to the last detail.

Our biggest Asian wedding was an affair that spanned across 4 days, for 1000 guests, and was pulled off successfully. To do this we ensure around the clock service, a keen eye for detail and the ability to solve any problems before they’ve fully developed, ensuring the day (or days!) flow smoothly. The event moved each day, resulting in us working at four different venues, and having to manage transportation of guests, suppliers, caterers , as well as ensuring accommodation is provided.

Orchid Events provides a full hospitality service, another aspect of our Asian wedding planning that ensures perfection. This hospitality service includes managing the guest list, and following up any last RSVP answers. Furthermore, if you have guests coming in from around the country or overseas, or if you’re having your wedding abroad, we can provide transport coordination along with dealing with guest accommodation, and any specific requests.
